Waimarino Wines - the best little wine shop anywhere round the adventure plateau, on the corner of Goldfinch & Ayr Streets Ohakune and open 10am until 10pm 7 days … there’s boutique wines, chilled beers, spirits and some excellent deli delights which are all very yumm.

 

The Ohakune Country Hotel has the excellent “Beef ‘n’ Beer Steakhouse” with great grills and good beers, its a must visit from an early 7am start, right through the day and evening... “Beef ‘n’ Beer Steakhouse” also invites you down on Sundays for  the Steak, Eggs,Fries & Pint special for $20.
